Tom is a Certified Public Accountant who provides tax, accounting, estate and trust services and business valuation relating to the purchase and sale of business entities. He has been with the firm for over thirty years and became the Managing Partner in 1997. Tom currently serves as president of Eckhoff and Company and is a member of the Board of Directors of AGN International. Outside of the firm, Tom is currently or has been on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of San Rafael, Marin County Athletic Foundation, Marin Catholic Board of Regents and the Dominican College of San Rafael Planned Giving Advisory Council. Tom was installed in the Marin Athletic Foundation's Hall of Fame in 1998 for swimming. He continues to participate in the USMS Masters and rough water swimming programs.
