In addition to being a CPA and CGMA, Janina is strong in employee training and development, and information technology.

Janina, her husband, and two daughters live on a small family farm in Sonoma County where the family keeps small livestock. From the many fruit trees on the farm, Janina and her husband enjoy producing award winning fruit wines.
