Purchasing Additional File Share Space

By default, File Share includes 1 GB of space for storing documents. If needed, you can purchase additional storage space in increments of 8 GB.

Important: Complete the activation procedure described in the topic Enabling File Share before attempting to purchase additional storage space. If you attempt to purchase more storage before File Share has been activated, the system will be unable to apply the storage space.

To purchase additional File Share space, do the following:

  1. Log in to your Site Builder account.
  2. Click Modules > File Share on the toolbar.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Click Order Now in the Additional File Share Space box.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order.
