Michael recently graduated from Stonehill College with a B.S.B.A in Accounting and a B.A. in Philosophy. He is currently attending the University of New Haven pursuing a Masters of Tax to meet the professional requirements for CPA licensure. In his undergrad, Michael was also a member of two honor societies. He has spent ample time researching Artificial Intelligence in healthcare, blockchain, business ethics, tax, and the capital markets. Michael was able to graduate Stonehill debt-free by holding a nearly full-time job for the entirety of his college career.

Michael works closely with firm members on an array of different activities, including the preparation of personal, partnership, and corporate income tax returns, financial statement preparation, tax research, and tax planning. Michael will also be leveraging both his editorial and communicational skills by working on the Masotti & Masotti newsletter which is distributed to clients on a regular basis.

Most notably, Michael will be assisting with the Masotti and Masotti Digital Asset Group in the area of blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Michael has taken a number of steps to ensure he will be ready to be a CPA in a blockchain-based future.
